Turnaround times vary depending on the item and current order volume, but most custom orders are completed within 5-14 business days. Rush orders may be available depending on availability.

DO YOU SEND DESIGN MOCKUPS?

For most custom orders, yes! Mockups or design previews may be provided before production depending on the project.

DO YOU OFFER FUNDRAISERS OR TEAM ORDERS?

Yes! Fundraisers, spiritwear, business merch, and team orders are available. Please include details in your request form so we can create the best setup for your group.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Payments are securely processed through Shopify and invoices. Orders must be paid before production begins.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A CUSTOM ITEM?

Because all custom items are made specifically for you, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless there is an issue with the order itself.

WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE A DESIGN IDEA YET?

No worries at all! Even if you only have a rough idea or inspiration photo, I can help bring your vision to life.
